We work across McKinney, from the older blocks around the downtown square and along Coleman and Virginia streets to master-planned neighborhoods such as Stonebridge Ranch and Craig Ranch and the newer subdivisions north toward US 380. Allen and Fairview to the south have many established neighborhoods where trees planted a generation ago now spread over roofs. Lucas and Parker have acreage lots with native oaks, cedar elms and creek-bottom pecans, where removals often involve long drag distances rather than tight gates. Melissa, Anna and Princeton are growing fast, so the work there is often thinning young trees, clearing lots and grinding stumps from new construction.
